Thoughts? Many boaters just don't keep that kill switch attached correctly. This product will make safety more convenient. Read more here on what we have let get out already - http://www.odumagazine.com/have-you-...t-kill-switch/ I'm looking for comments on this new product before it hits at ICAST. This forum specifically was suggested as the best place to go. Thanks in advance for the help...Bill (bill@mainspire.com)

Really cool concept. I am pretty sure there are other companies offering the same type product. But more is always better.
This is a really great thing for off-shore fishing. It makes it able to use auto pilot and you could fish by yourself, or have just 2 people on the boat. ! fighting fish and 1 on the gaff.

I would pass...i like the rope. Automatic life jackets fail...and being electronic, id have to think this could fail as well.

I like it. Electronics is everywhere. Embrace it. Add a manual over ride and I'm in.
Cast I have a short attention spa

I have been using the Autotether for years and while I like it, it isn't perfect.
You're link doesn't seem to be working. I would like to know more and would be willing to trial it if you have one available.

I work from numerous marinas around the state.
Looks interesting, but I lost all interest that it requires wiring into the boat's electrical system. I don't want anything additional that could cause an electrical issue and leave me stranded on the water with passengers. I would have to pass on it.
