Maybe I missed it, I did not see where they said alcohol was involved, they did say they were investigating it.

Yeah didn't say that alcohol was involved. Wouldn't surprise me though. BUI can be prosecuted like a DUI.

Here in Louisiana what would have happened is that the guy "stopped and fishing" WOULDN'T HAVE HAD HIS ANCHOR/NAV LIGHTS ON!! See(or not?) it all the time here. Night tourneys almost every night of the week and people won't turn their lights on for nothing... have had quite a few "oh [censored]" moments.

I think it is just west of Mill Creek point, it is not an island unless the lake is low, years ago it was but I think the river has taken it away.
