I was fishing Squaw Creek yesterday and felt a tug on my line and set the hook. After reeling it in I had a line in my lure which ended up bring up a rod/reel. I reeled that rod in and it still had a fish hooked on and swimming. Definitely my craziest catch. If your missing a rod and reel from Squaw, describe it, and it yours.

Set the hook into a open umbrella. When it started rolling down the slop I though it was a huge bass.

Years ago fishing the Trinity below the Lake Lewisville Dam for catfish I got a bite and reeled it in.....when reaching down to grab it I realized it had teeth!! It was a walleye....

Things get a little crazy when you hook into a bowfin.
I once caught a large gator in the tail with a Tx. rigged worm way in the back of Little Caney on Lake Fork. That made him mad.
Almost a crazy catch....Today I was pitching a jig into my swimming pool at home and a hawk swooped down and thumped my jig in mid air as I was reeling it in to make another pitch. We have 4 hawks that live in the area. It must have been watching me from the tree in my neighbors yard.

I caught this guy on a shakey head at eagle mountain last week. I thought I had a monster catfish for a couple of minutes.

My dad caught an old pair of panties at Lake Proctor a few years ago.

Back in the early 1980s I was bass fishing Lake Benbrook and wasn't doing very good so I went to the channel in front of the the water outlet. So here I am jigging a slab in the channel and get a hit. I start fighting it and was sure it was a big cat. I was having to deep sea fish it up it was so big. When I got to what I thought was 6 or 8 ft from the surface it came off. I reeled on in and there was a 6" diameter piece of a red flannel shirt on my hook. I just fired up the big motor and went the south end and have never been back since.

I've caught several seagulls down near Port Aransas as they took my lure while it was still in the air, and even caught a pelican after it dove on my zara spook and hooked itself. None of those were easy to get off the hook. Also while fishing with a buddy on the Seuannee River in FL, I had an owl come out of a tree 3 times and grab my jitterbug out of the water. Thanks goodness the hooks never got in that one.

Wasn't a white Cabelas rod and a Lews reel, was it? Lost one out there a while back that I "think" was on a fish lol.

This website works great! The owner was located and sent me a message on his lost combo.
