They also ask "which regulation would you take home more fish under" (or something similar)

Seems like it would be obvious that the only answer to the question the way it was asked is 10 fish with no size limit.

They are basically wanting to know what you would choose given the options there. Vote your order from most likely to least likely.

Either we let nature do what she does and live with the consequences or we actively manage these bass to achieve the desired results. More big bass means that a balance has to be established that might not be something nature will do on her own. If there are too many small bass then how do we get fishermen to harvest them when the prevailing attitude is 'catch and release' among the very fishermen that target bass. Hungry people don't care as much about which fish they catch and eat. TPWD deals with this issue state-wide and has become as political as most everything else. Public opinion really shouldn't be the driving force behind fishery management of public water but it is at least as much as the biology.
