All the way into the river, and some of the feeder creeks to the river past the houses. Need to know where you are going.

I've been all the way up the river as well and as Brandon said you need to know where you are going or take it slow lots of stumps up there.

Thanks guys, thinking I may take a trip just to look around on the North end. Just curious if it was reasonable to think I could get into the River. looking at the Navionics and Google, it looked like it was doable. And yes well aware of the stumps! Thanks again!

All the way up to the river. Didn't see much that I liked up there.

Any trees blow over and tops in the water on the river bank?

Where does the river come in up there? On the far east side?

There's a small little park ramp (wise county park) near Newark the river come in about 150 yards in front of that ramp then bends west for 1/4 mile then back north.

I've been as far as you can go because the water board was a little bridge and water pipe crossing the river and you can't get by It via boat.

Had my airboat up there many of times untill I was ticketed Bc TRWD doesn't allow them.

Those docks on the west of the lake are good right now in the evenings. They're shaded and have a ton of growth that's submerged

In a bass boat I have been till the little bridge that you can't pass, in a John boat I had to hug the bottom of the boat and went about another mile up the creek untill I turned around, just know were you are going, it may look deep but there are plenty of stumps and etc

a bad day of fishing, beats a good day at work.
