I love his talent, I love his personality ( not a phony or narcissistic ), I love me some Hackney.
Been to Gonzalez LA, love his home town too.

If I could fish with any of the Elite Pros, Greg Hackney would be my pick. It wouldn't necessarily be because I think I would learn a lot, even though I am sure I would. He just seems like a guy who would be fun to fish with. If any of you ever do go to Gonzalez, eat at a place south of the city on the River Road called Hymel's. If it is as good as it once used to be, you won't regret it!

He has been a favorite of mine for a long time. It is great to see his success the last few years.

I was coming back from Daytona on my Harley and spent the night in Gonzalez, don't remember the name of the place where I had dinner but I remember the waitress. Lord have mercy. I'm like you, the " Hack " would be a hoot to fish with and if you paid attention you would learn something that would last a lifetime. flehan

I live about 2 miles from Hack he is as advertised very down to earth and family oriented.

He is and happily. It's alright for a man to love another man but I guess it could be construed as something else. You have to be careful on this forum what you post I've found out.
