Pineapple dream pie.
Yet another refrigerator pie. I love these things for summer when I'm wanting a dessert but I hate to turn on the oven.
Beat together and spread over the graham cracker crust
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
And a big heaping spoonful of the drained pineapple
Then beat together what's left of the 20 oz can of pineapple well drained
8 oz whipped cream or an 8 oz tub cool whip.
Spread gently over the cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle over some graham cracker crumbs over the top if you like.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
