With the heat getting over 102 degrees I decided to wait a little after work then hit the lake. Sunsets on FPH are beautiful. The water was 86 degrees so I did take a late evening swim even though the fish were still slamming. I had a friend in their boat trolling my same pattern and catching very few. He asked me what my trick was.I really think it is my music thumping the boat.I was clearly the last one off the lake and did catch a few from my front lights slabbing after they stopped hitting in the troll. Here is a few shots. I need to video the night action next. You could almost walk across the water there were so many shad under the lights.
