My MIL's recipe....they are really great.
Box of Biscuit Mix
3 cups Buttermilk
Can of Yams
Cup and a half of milk
1 tsp. of white vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
Mash potato's w/ your fingers
Mix ingredients and bake at 350*
