Friends, was just going to order a Lakemaster Midsouth 4.0 chip for my Helix 7, when I saw a Lakemaster Plus chip also available. What do you get by upgrading to the Plus version for the extra $35? Also, is the Plus version even compatible with the Helix 7? Thanks

The website shows the Plus is compatible with the Helix 5 models so it would definately be compatible with the Helix 7 models. This is what it is: http://www.humminbird.com/Products/HCSEP4/
