 questions about a mercury motor

i have a 1992 mercury 200 hp 2.5 liter carb I burnt the wire harness up and can not find a new one anywhere. i keep finding them for the efi but i don't know if they will fit. if anyone knows where i can get one or knows what i need to search online please let me know I'm trying to get out on the water before the forth of july. thanks in advance

you can look up the part number here then search for tht number online. Mercury parts
1987 Nitro MX185/Mercury Black Max 150
1999 Triton TX21/225 Mercury Optimax

exactly whats burnt? female plug part wiring? any other motor wiring? lotsa harness/wiring stuff on ebay...

I have some used motor harnesses depends on which amp charging system. One has a water cooled voltage regulator mounted back center and the other has 2 regulators stacked back center. 50 bucks shipped
