I prefer the cara T7 over the e6x. Just seems a little more balanced to me. I have an amistad, weightless worm, head turner, Christie frog, finesse jig. I like them all. I only have one e6x (worm rod). Nothing wrong with it but I would buy another falcon before an e6x. JMO

I have used Falcons for last 12 years, and have a handful of Cara Series. Falcon has always been more than fair with me when I break a rod and I have broken at least a dozen.
Loomis makes a quality rod, Falcon has earned my business.....

Falcon. It is really hard to beat their cara series.

I'll echo everyone else's opinion on here so far; hard to beat the quality for the price. I've been using them since '95 and have not broken a single one from normal use. Light, sensitive, and balanced.

Falcon has great customer service. I have at least 20+ Caras never any quality issues. I have had two rods break in 15 years. Didn't think it was my fault nor Falcon's, they made it right and replaced both. A few weeks ago I mashed the tip on one if my rods, my fault. Sent them a note asking how to order the proper replacement tip for this particular model. They replied by saying "give me your address and I'll just send you one."

which rod are yall throwing 3/16-1/2 oz tx rigs on? Head Turner. However, you'll want to look at the Finesse Jig and Amistad too. They are great multiple purpose rods too that should cover about any technique for soft plastics or jigs. Plus a few other techniques.
