it tried to identify itself as a DD but just like the rest,it was plain to see it wasn't so.

They are temperamental for sure. Find a lake with Hybrids(sand bass-striper cross) and you will find just plain bad attitudes from them when they are hooked.

Yellow bass are usually small and the yellow belly is very obvious.
