Crust: 1 1/2 sleeves saltine crackers 1/3 to 1/2 cup softened butter 3 tablespoons sugar.
Filling: 1 can sweetened condensed milk 4 egg yolks 1/2 cup lemon or lime juice
Crush your crackers, mix in the sugar and the butter and press into the pan. Bake for 18 minutes at 350.
While the crust is cooling (doesn't need to be cold), beat the egg yolks into the milk then the juice. Pour into your crust and bake 16 minutes just until set. Chill until completely cold. Serve with gobs of whipped cream.
