Not sure this is the proper forum, but here goes.
I have decent electronics...not the best, but very good. Side imaging, down imaging, gps etc.
I see fish...lots of fish. That's great. I prefer to target bass, catfish and crappie. I am getting better at picking out catfish. But I see a group of fish, I have zero idea of whether it is barfish, drum, stripers, hybrids or what. When fishing shallow, I can pick out common bass habitat, so that's not an issue. On the ledges, it is a different matter.
Anyone know of a you tube tutorial, website, etc that might help me make more informed guesses as to what I am seeing?

Since one of the species you are looking for catfish, this video might help. It is designed for big catfish identification and was done on Tawakoni by a guide. Sonar catfish identification
