I put in at the 515 east public ramp on Saturday morning. When I got back to my truck/trailer to load up, I found my trailer had been run over. I have to say 'thanks' to the jerk that screwed up the fiberglass vendor. I wish I knew your name, I would thank you in person. realmad

Considering the way I saw some driving boats and where and how close to each other, if they drive tow vehicles that way, my guess is there are likely more than a few bent fenders on boat trailers from last weekend. Sorry to hear about your trailer.

Thanks TXBeerHunter. Bought the boat new in Feb. Not a scratch on it or the trailer until now.

It was the guy in front of Hackney. I know it's a completely different region of the state but he seems to be the one to throw shade at right now.

Completely unrelated, and makes me look like an idiot (for letting her drive), but bought my boat new in 2004 and a week after took it the lake with my wife and launched. My wife sd, I'll park it, I used to drive trailers at the farm all the time. I sd if you are really sure. Wait about 15 minutes wondering what was taking so long, went to look, she pulls around the corner crying. Sd she cut it too close back there and dinged your trailer and messed up a fender on another. We left a note, guy that called sd he was really surprised anyone left a note nowadays.

Fishing high school tourney last year and my daughters partner always parked trailer. On the last one of the year she hit the corner of other trailer and it broke thelight. We left a note for him and went fishing. After we came in he still was there and his son was backing down the ramp and having trouble with it. I help load his boat and talked to him said I would pay to have it fix. He said thanks but don,t worrier about. People need to own up to things they do it always work up better than you think.

I don't see how anyone could endure all that madness on & off the lake at Skeeter Owners'.

I picked up my brand new replacement trailer at Sartins Marine Thursday and headed to Winnsboro to fish the working man's tournament. The county was working on the road and redoing the parking lot at the boat ramp so they had everything out of order.
Someone caught my trailer when backing out to load up after the tourney and scrapped the coating off my new trailer in about a 2" area.
I got a message from the guy who done it the next morning it offering to pay for any damages.

I thought it was kinda funny that I only had the trailer like 5 hours this time before it got its first scratch.

Heck someone stole my spare at Tawakoni. If they needed it they could've at least left a note....

Jk, Mark! Lol

Shoot, there are many that most people never hear about.
There are some real Jackwagons around fork.

I always launched at Little Mustang or Minnow Bucket for that very reason. Public ramps at Fork seem to
attract folks who are not the best at looking after other peoples trucks or trailers. I've heard horror stories about the public ramp where your trailer was damaged. Hope it's not too expensive to repair.

Guilty as charged. I never knew it happened, but my wife noticed a scratch on my truck the next day. I knew you were parked on that side and that it was possible that I did that, and more importantly, you might have damage also.

Set the hook first, ask questions later!!!
