Diagram the sentence like you did back in the fourth grade. raised floors modifies john boats, not canoes and kayaks. Come on, guys. Surely someone else was paying attention in elementary school. "with" is a preposition, and everything after it modifies the subject that is immediately in front of it, namely, jon boats. ALL canoes and kayaks are allowed. So take 'em out and fish!
