Did anyone see the guy fishing in front of Hackney. Their is 2 pictures of him on bassmaster under Hackneys winning day it shows him catching one not a good one but it could have been. this is what Michael Iaconelli
was talking about in his resent article. This could have be a game changer had it been a big one

I would put a picture of him on here but not sure how to

We saw him. He was a total idiot. Caught one pushing 3 pounds 30 yards in front of Hackney. We got there after the initial contact between them and we heard it got a little heated. The guy was glaring at every spectator boat in there like we had a problem. Congrats to Hackney on getting past that and recovering later to have a great day. At the time, he was struggling and could have used that fish...

Hackney. The Friday before and the day before that. This was the final day. That guy's a knucklehead and don't anyone tell me he just doesn't know better. He's wearing a jersey that says "BASSMASTER" on the back of it. Good job pal. You beat Greg Hackney, present AOY points leader. Go tell all your buddies what a badarse fisherman you are. Heck, show them the photos. mad

He got his picture on Bassmaster.com, he is probably happy with the outcome!

Looks like he was throwing a little sq bill. I doubt he bothered any of the fish Hackney was targeting with a big jig in the brush anyway but still a dick move.

The lady kept looking around like she was a bit nervous with all these people looking at them...

I was thinking Urban Myer with a beard, the Nebraska Cornhusker sticker on the motor makes me sick though in TX/OU territory.

Well lack of education is obviously to blame.

What's the whole story, did he cut him off or was he there fishing first?

I feel like I'm missing something as well. If this guy was there 1st why should we care?
