Gonna sneak up to AH this week with the boy since school is out. Probably thursday so hopefully it wont be crazy with recreational boating. I haven't been in 2 months. Any info on catching numbers would be appreciated. The boy is more into numbers than size. Thanks for any info..

We stay at Ziskas. Across the st from the entrance to the lake. We have only stayed in their small cabins. Its meat and potatoes type accommodation but its all we need.. im staying there tomoro night. Its a 2 day minumun on wknds. Like 70 or 80 bucks a night 2 months ago, assuming its the same now..

Well this was a wasted trip, put boat in water when got there and wouldn't get on plane, just had lower unit put on last week and dummy me didn't take it to a lake and try it out. Took their word everything is good to go. That phone call in the morning on way back ain't going to be pretty. Fished for about an hour close to ramp same thing no bite this lake is gin clear oh well have to come back some other time. Your right nothin fancy about this place and the prices like she said your out in the middle of no where. Thanks for the info Steve and good luck.

I ended up with 11 bass today and my son had 5. Decent day, had trolling motor issues that complicated my life.

Yep. That was my rig and i guess we stayed next door to you.. i had trolling motor issues on friday. Had a piece break that holds the gears meshed that controls the direction. Its a pain not knowing what direction your going until you hit the button and even then not being able to make it turn the direction you need.. made it tough when the wind got up.
