Had 28 anglers turn out in the 105 degree heat to fish the Working Man's T. Some GREAT fish were caught. Heavy stringer was 2 fish for 10.81 with a kicker of 9.25 lbs. Unfortunately, she was caught out of 40+ deep water and did not make it past weigh in. 2nd place was 8.61 with 3 fish with a 6 lb kicker. 3rd was 7.04 with a 4 lb kicker and 4th was 6.42 with a 4.25 lb spot as a kicker. I had 2 small fish that came on a jerkbait and one of them wiggled so much I got caught in the hooks in my left arm, below my elbow. I had to push them thru and cut them off, but not much worse for the wear. Fish were caught on worms in deep water and 17', a spinerbait and a drop shot rig. So, basically, hit them in the head. Almost a full moon out tonight, and don't know if that helped or hurt. Remember, this is a 3 fish tournament and if you keep 3, one has to be 18" or longer. Hope this helps someone out. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.
And, YES, I am selling the DVD of LAH at 25' depth dated 11/27/1997 at 4:00 PM for $60 each. Onctact me if interested.
