Nice little article in the San Antonio Friday paper today showing our lake some love, recapping June 2015 bass restocking.

Saw that on your facebook page. Sure is great to see the lake full. Absolute perfect timing on the stocking last year and the fill up this year! Give those 10 inchers more cover and protection from the trollers!!

Thanks for visiting my Facebook page...it was a great full page article in our newspaper yesterday with lots of information. The lake is definitely rebounding from last years stocking. Practice CPR everyone (Catch Photograph Release) ...

Its great to see the lake back to full. I have many memories of fishing there from my childhood. Does anyone know how the Crappie and White Bass populations are doing there? Largemouth are nice, but I really love going after the others.

Yall are killing me.. I am gonna drag my boat from Falcon, which is on fire, to come fish Medina this week..

I grew up on it and I am gonna go see if my initials are still scratched in the rocks over at Mormons Bluff!

Is it ever great to see her full again, grew up fishing this lake as well and I have lots of love for her grin

Crappie are still biting on the minnows that are in the tanks for purchase at the Marina at Joe's Place. There were 50,000 hybrid striped bass stocked as well right before the Memorial Day rains.

Lots of little fish.. caught them on small worms and craws. More on rocks than bushes. Blue fleck or similar. . Will give a detailed report when I get home.. Did a lot of looking.. It looks awesome. On LBJ this evening and tomorrow. .

Fished it twice last week. Tons of 10-12" bass

I hope they keep up with the stockings and chill on the striped bass, medina could be a great largemouth lake

With the lake 40% fuller than it was this time last year hopefully there will be another 200,000 put in.
