I posted a site on here from my trip on Monday. They were schooling right front of the state park but were small. I caught them on white 3/4 ounce Roostertails.

Grandson and I were out last week..and found them schooling in the afternoon just west of the Lynn Creek Marina Bridge towards the Electric Line Towers....caught them for over an hour...most were keeper size...used Humdingers ...I am sure we caught over 50...werent keeping any...saw them on top first but then just fished the general area and found them schooled up in one flat area...catching them on almost every cast. The lake is about 4 feet high...we looked for them earlier in the day to be on humps but didnt find any on our normal spots..good luck and let us know how you do..

Hey, ToadThrower, I've caught fish on the flats there before too. JP has smaller fish on average than the other lakes I fish, but it can be fun. How late in the day were in those?

We found them schooling about 2pm and stayed with them for the next hour and half...they were still biting when we left them...but it had slowed down...I know that Pool has in the past always had smallish sand bass...but these were all well fed...biggest was probably about 1 pound..most were keeper size...again these were caught on humdingers...wouldnt hit a crank bait or rattle trap or top water...
