Cooked a pan of sunfish under the broiler, sprinkled with salt, pepper, old bay seasoning, topped with melted butter with a very small amount of lemon juice. Cooked corn, asparagus, red bell pepper and mushrooms on the gas grill. Mango and blueberries for fruit. Finished off with fresh peaches and homemade Bluebell. Doesn't get any better than fresh food in the summer in Texas.

That whole meal looks delicious. I gotta tell you though and I'm embarrassed to say it but I could make a make a meal out of that dessert all by itself. Man that looks good.

Thanks to all for replies. Jon, I agree. Fresh peaches, ice cream, and cookies are good stuff, especially in summer. Going to fry up another batch of sunnies for supper tonight, this time the old fashion way, scaled a d fried whole.
