Fished Buchanan June 3-5. The weatherman had the forecast totally backwards. Instead of calm winds the wind howled all weekend out of the north. The water around Hi line to just north of Flagg Island was like chocolate milk. Couldn't get in the big water with my little boat so we stuck to coves. Found hybrids surfacing in Chisholm around noon on Saturday but very few were of keeper size. Found large schools of whites Sunday morning around Poppy's Point. Very few were of keeper size as well. Had a good time.
