I'm sorry, there's no exact measurements. This is a dish I invented for dinner tonight so writing this down is as much for my benefit as yours.

Grilled a chicken breast, three zucchini cut into planks, and a large sweet onion cut into strips and brushed with olive oil. Dusted with garlic salt and pepper.

Trio pasta with shells, penne, and rotini. Cook, drain, and set aside.

Heat your skillet screaming hot. Add a bit of olive oil, a small can of mushrooms drained and a small can of sliced black olives drained.
Then add a big heaping spoonful of minced garlic.
A few capers.
Healthy glug of white wine
Juice of one really huge lemon .. Or more.
4 tablespoons butter.
About a quarter cup Parmesan.

Slice your grilled stuff into bite size pieces, and toss everything in the sauce . Serve with fresh diced tomatoes and a little more Parmesan over the top.

If I had them, I would have grilled some mushrooms with everything else. Unfortunately, I only had canned. Next time, I want baby portobello mushrooms grilled then tossed in the sauce first.

This is going to be spectacular cold. I might add some marinated mushrooms and other pickled vegetables to it and some green olives.
