Ok so what makes a lake easy to fish? Someone said no stumps but plenty of grass? Never fished a lake like that. Sounds intriguing.

Is cover the main factor or is it related to the abundance of bass in the lake?

I know most of this is going to be subjective info but I find it interesting to see what people from different areas think.

NO STUMPS ...... PLENTY of GRASS
??? huh,,,, Lake Athens.
But there are no fish in lake Athens,,,,all the rain washed them out of the lake. Locals caught them all and had a fish fry. Too many tournaments

Didn't seem hard to me but I guess it depends what time of year and what day you go. I never fished any of them on the weekend and never when a tournament was going on. argue
