Had to cook on the grill at my brothers and my SIL is Fillipino and hates BBQ sauce. Looked around the internet and found this recipe for a common street BBQ recipe in the Phillipines. Maybe some of the best grilled pork I've ever had. The bananas with butter and carmelized brown sugar were great as well.

I've played with some Filipino dishes and have yet to be disappointed. Excellent stuff.

Went to the Asian mall on Pioneer with my brother to pick up the banana catsup, very cool supermarket. I have never seen so many different kinds of seafood.
