What brands does everyone prefer? Zappu? Jackall?

Eco Pro Tungsten Flick Head

I've had good success with these. I just like the fact they're a simple design; they have a good hook too. Not to mention they're tungsten, and they're even cheaper than the Gamakatsu's or the Zappu's.

Zappu if you don't mind the price.

I like the shape of the Jackall heads but the hook is terrible.

I have settled on these. They're are made at Fork.

Have you tried the Zappu? The hooks are super sharp. Seem to be strong also.

Those look good. I didn't realize they had weedless.

Jackall with the jackall worms... Both hook and worm made for one another. I agree after catching a few decent ones the hook will start to bend but I've landed 8 pounders on this set up and had the hook not bend.. But they do catch fish for sure! My opinion is this set up is different than other wacky set ups do to the way it falls in the water. This is killer around bridges and vertical presentations... Docks and timber. I would still have another wacky tied on myself... Senko or trick worm.
