The last couple of years the white bass population seems to have disappeared. I have always been able to catch a few white no matter when I fished. Don't know if the droughts and then the record high water levels the last few years have made a difference?

There are still plenty in the lake. But this year and last year, they are not holding in the community hole like years prior. They are plentiful and big once you find them. Limestone just doesnt have the structure like many popular sand bass lakes. You have to search more now. Its feast or famine.
