1st and foremost, I wanted to thank Mr. Travis, aka red snappa, now known to me as Mr. T, for allowing me the opportunity to fill a back seat on yesterday. We met at lake Gilmer, my 1st time fishing it, to go after what we hoped for was a mixed bag of crappie and bluegills. Well every bit of timber and brushpiles we hit was full of dinks. At each stop I noticed Mr. T had a rod out for a gill and would catch a few here and there. I was so determined not to give up on the crappie, but after a while passed by and seeing more gills come into the boat, Mr.T stated he could use a lil help! lol! so I rig up my gill rod and away we went. Don't know the head count, but more importantly we had a blast, carried on like we've known each other for a minute, have a new friend, who is a veteran. Thanks again for chance to go fishing and our green beans. Tell the wife hello. Thanks again for a good time gilling!

Bluegill and Crappie go hand to hand. Best fish combination in TEXAS! Like I say. Catching some Bluegill and Crappie with a friend. It just don't get any better!

Mr. Ronnie, it was a pure pleasure! Nothing beats a good fishing trip, except a good fishing trip with great company! I look forward to more trips in the future with you! My wife asked me to see the pics after you left, and you know what, we didn't even take the time for any pics! We will have to rectify that in the near future! By the way me and my dad went and got him a chest full of them mag bluegills Tuesday morning! MMMMMMM! MMMMMM!
