2015 Yamaha 4 Stroke 250.

I'm assuming here that this is the thrust washer. Some braided line got wrapped behind it. Before I started messing with getting this washer off I would ask the easiest way to get it off.

I use a 3 arm type puller. They are usually not that tight but the shaft is beveled

Pop it off with the same breaker bar you use to take your prop off. Flip it over and use the handle end to pop it off.
