This guy cracks me up. I plan to cook some bluegill fillets this evening with the creamy Parmesan like he does in the video. Will let you know how it turns out later. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=qArp3eROEnM

Enjoyed the video. Yes Sir that sure looked good. Side Note: An Ice Cold Modelo would have gone GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD with that meal!

Thanks Banker. I have fun cooking them new ways, as you know. I fried some fillets not long ago where I mixed Parmesan in the breaking mix and they turned out good, so thought I would bake some this time with Parmesan and see how this works out.

OK, here is a picture of the total product. The only way I can describe it is to say it is a very strong sauce. It overpowers the fish. For someone that doesn't particularly like the taste of fish, they might like it. I enjoyed the meal, but like other recipes better. I already have another recipe to try next week.

Thanks to all for replies. Want to be totally honest with you guys. After preparing this recipe, I would not recommend it. The Parmesan is just too strong, totally overpowers the fish. Gonna try a different recipe next week.
