Good effort, really not too far off the mark...Fade colors from top to bottom...goes something like pearl silver, then upper half pearl gold, then center area yellow. Turquoise over uppermost sides, then mist upper back with green from head to tail... then come back with smoke and/or grey for the markings and backbone...pearl silver wash (lightly) then finish off the belly in pearl white. Holographic glitter for the kicker. Experiment around with the colors and you'll have a great looking pattern in no time. Keep thinking good thoughts

This is one pattern I really want to get down, I'm going to keep tweaking it to see if I can get it to look like a crappie eventually. I'm almost caught up on orders so I'll have time to tweak some actual fish patterns instead of just painting shad.
