Lake will probably come up a foot or so with this rain. It's been slowly rising since the rain on Monday.

With all the flooding down south I expect them to shut the flow off from GV again. She rose a little yesterday. We will be lucky to see her opened fully by July 4th.

Then He made the earth round...and He laughed and laughed and laughed!

I was at the ramp at the end of Meadowmere Park last evening and it was open.

You sure? Meadowmere is closed and the attendant kiosk is gone. All barricades are still up. The only way in is from the backside off of Lonesome Dove Rd.

Katie's Woods is a fusterkluck today. Parking lot full and boat trailers parked on the grass behind the pipe rail barricades. I wonder if there sill be any citations given?

Border Patrol could fill their quota out there today.

I put in at the Katie Woods high ramp last weekend and it was a mad house. Boats, people, trailers, and cars everywhere. At least we got to go fishing though. The ramp at Silverlake Marina was open too but they were charging $20 to launch.

You should have been here yesterday...
