Howdy!
I will be headed to Lewisville to fish this weekend. My father-in-law has a wet slip at pier 121. If you have any tips for getting on some crappie that would be nice. It is a covered slip and is in about 25 feet of water. He has caught a few before on minnows but I was wondering if jigs would be better? Also, any recommendation of depths I should be targeting? I am still a noob when it comes to fishing so all help is greatly appreciated.

Since I fish that Marina about four days a week I guess I qualify.
What is his slip number? Does he have any cover hanging in it? Most of our fish are suspended about 8.-10' down. Jigs are all we use.
My slip is M35 Come visit or I will meet you.

 Here is what you can expect. This one was hiding out under Mr Ernest`s Pontoon last week.

Awesome! We are at dock K7. We'll be there on Friday Saturday and Sunday probably. I am not sure of the times however. When I get something more set in stone I'll let you know! Thanks for the help and the warm welcome!
