My Father is planning on coming into the DFW area in July. He is leaving the boat at home and is looking at renting a kayak while he is here. Have any of you had any experience renting kayaks around here?

Fort Worth Kayak Rentals on Jacksboro Hiway, just outside 820 rents kayaks, but he may only rent for use in the nature Center. He delivers there. That's a great place to yak & fish.

Backwoods Paddlesports on West 7th rents yaks and paddleboards. They all show up on a Google search.

Not exactly around here but at Eisenhower State Park Marina on Texoma rents Hobie's. Plenty of fishable water right inside the marina area.
