That second snake is a racer. Google black or blue racer for more info. They are good snakes to have around for rodents and other snakes.

There is an abundance of timber rattlers up by hagerman.

Second snake is a yellow belly racer.

Timber rattler - they have all been flooded out again near Hagerman. You will probably see more.

Def a Racer, most likely a yellow-bellied. Cool snakes. Good for rodent and pest control. Fun to play with to. I put one in my golf cart one time and he just curled up and sat there until he smelled prey and slithered off.
