Looking for a rod for jigging and flipping into heavy stuff. What are some of your favorites?

G. Loomis Mossyback Flipping

My personal preference is the Mossyback BCFR894. This rod is specifically designed for flipping/pitching, and I will never own a different rod other than the Mossyback's for flipping/pitching. A light, sensitive, well balanced rod is what you want for flipping/pitching and this rod has it all. This rod is the most balanced flipping rod on the market if you ask me. Built with durability and with G. Loomis' high standards, you won't find a better rod designated for flipping/pitching.

I have three....the best is the cheapest one. I have a Cara Amistad ST, a Diawa Zillion, and a Megabass Levante Perfect Pitch. Hands down the Megabass is better.

G.Loomis NRX JWR 854 is my go to Jig rod. If using braid I use an IMX JWR 854

I am partial to the Megabass Orochi XX Perfect Pitch for most of my flipping/pitching. If its really heavy cover the Flipping Special in the same lineup is a great choice. The same 2 models in the MB Levante are good too.
