In which picture? Seriously. In pic 1 I thought it was fish, but then convinced myself it was grass. Are there fish in every pic?

These are my guesses. I'm not familiar with PK so that doesn't help but:
1. most likely grass/bushes/structure on the left 2. a few fish but nothing I would stop for 3. possibly some fish 4. Deep submerged timber 5. Deep submerged timber big school of happy baitfish in center 6. hard clay or rock bottom with rock pile

If looks like your sonar is set to normal mode. Turn it to max mode in Switchfire. This will give you stronger readings and will help you find fish when in normal mode you aren't getting strong readings. Pics 4 and 5 are showing a large bait school in the side scan because it is so dense and the bait are closely packed. There are fish under the school, as shown by the broken pixels, but they would be much more visible on sonar in Switchfire.
