My wife and I tried the Jackall Gantarel Jr. out last week and we got some really cool clips of big bass chasing this bluegill swimbait and even got to watch a couple of them eat it. We didn't have that much success with the original Gantarel, but I think the Jr. version is the perfect size to match the bluegills in our lakes. Watch the first fish hit the swimbait 2 feet away from the boat.

Great video and nice fish. What type and test line so you throw that type of swim bait on?

I was using 17 lb Stren Mono. It was diving down around 2 ft deep, so you could use fluoro to get it down a little deeper.

How big is the pond/lake you're fishing?

Seems like a lot of quality fish in it

Thanks for the reply. Other than pausing it over brush piles, it looked like it was just a slow, steady retrieve.
