I hope this thread provides some good entertainment!

What is your rod lineup look like? So if I was to say G-Loomis, I would say 893 JWR C NRX + Shimano Chronarch c i 4+.

Tight lines!

St. Croix Legend Tournament and Avid are the first two I pick up and then a GLoomis Pro Green/ Shimano 2500 Sustain.

I don't think that thought is exactly practical for a lot of bass anglers as they tend to have quite a cache of fish sticks. Should I list all 35?

If you were to go out right now and hit the water, what would you bring with you?

(2)AllStar Micro 7'1" with BPS ProQualifier Reels.(trig, spinnerbait, chatterbait, jig etc)most versatile setups
(3)Inferno composite rods 6'10" and 7' with Quantum Exo Reels.(cranking)
(1)Powell 7'6" with Lews BB2(crig)
Along with the other 13 combos I have. These are the ones I seem to use most often.

on any given day.....

A couple dozen Megabass/Steez/Team Lews Pro combos and my trusty Shimano Stadic.

When I'm just goofin...

A Steez MH fast with a Team Lews mag, a Megabass Pefect Pitch with a LH Team Lews Pro Z, a Zillion Heavy fast and a Zillion TWS, a Falcon Cara Amistad ST with a Steez 7.9, and my spider man combo. Haha

My "go to"? The Steez Medium Heavy stick with a 7.5:1 Lews (senkos) and the Perfect Pitch with a 7.5:1 left handed Lews reel(jigs).

I take anywhere from 10 to 20 setups (which my dad detests when I go with him because I spread them everywhere) with me each time I hit the water and I still have that many or more setups that I leave at home. I started out with budget friendly setups in my youth through my college days. I use those primarily as back up rods or I let friends use them.

I now have a great selection of mostly Kistler rods, including Argon, Magnesium, KLX, Helium, and Z bones. I pair them with Shimano, Lews, and Daiwa reels. I can provide a detail list (or picture) of my set ups if asked and if time allows.

I fish with 7 rods. 2 Berkley lightning rods, 3 basspro graphite series, 1 all-star and 1 Abu Garcia. Nothing was more than $99. Reels are H20 express Mettles or Abu Garcia S. Nothing more than $99.

Catchin on a budget, and doing just fine

I was watching MLF a few weeks ago and they were fishing in Ohio. James Watson didn't catch a single fish all day. At halftime he pulled up to the dock and said "Usually I'll take this time to regroup and tie on other baits... But what? I've got every damn rod out I own"..

I like when he said he was looking at what everyone else had tied on. Lol
