Anybody know where I can get in on some bream beds on Rayburn? Want to take the grandkids out and experience some fast action to keep them focused and enjoy some fishing!

Got a sonar with side imaging? You can scan the banks at about 2'-5' and look for the distinctive round circles for their beds. I usually scan about 20' from shore and check the image on both sides and I can find them easily. If the water is warm try a little deeper.

When you get on them you can smell them in the air. Get to a spot that smells real fishy and start looking for nests. Many fish finders even with side scan won't work well enough to show them in very shallow water.

From Genesis: "And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the earth."

Then He made the earth round...and He laughed and laughed and laughed!

Humminbird Side Imaging will show them as long as the transducer is not buried in the bottom.
