I had my first trip to Rayburn last weekend. I left out of the Pavilion and ran up to Veach and 5 Fingers with no problem. Pretty wide open without hazards. My question is how is the boat run to the other side going to an area called Buck Bay? Is that side of the lake as open and clear running as the other side?
Thanks

At this level "most" of the lower half of the lake is clear or looks clear. Buck bay is full of trees once you get to the big island out front. It's pretty open up to there if coming from pavilion. If you go past buck there are stumps scattered the entire way but pretty open at this level.

I'd be careful out in front of veach, give it a little room on south point.

I mean id run any path to the back of buck bay at this level. But at normal level u have to worry bout stumps. There is a run down the middle of ash bayou. U can also run the south side into buck bay.
