Scenario: You see a "Fishing Guide" definitely guiding on the bank in a creek. You notice the guides clients have five legal Hybrid Stripers on each of their stringers, and a limit of magnum sand bass. Then you notice the fishing guide also has five legal Hybrids on his stringer, and the fishing guide also has a limit of Sand Bass on his stringer while on a guided fishing trip . -So what would you do? Not quite sure what the ticket would be for, but... I have been called many names in my life... "RAT" has never been one of them.

i choose the third one because i dont know that yall aint fishing for perch or bass or whatever since you have a limit of sandies and hybrids. I also dont know that you are not showing your clients a more technical way of fishing giving them their full monies worth of guiding.

I hate seeing game laws violated. Guides should also be well aware of the game laws and be a good example of following them as well as the anglers themselves. In saying I would call the Game Warden! police

Call the game warden. It is my understanding that a guide cannot keep fish while guiding? At least this is what a guide in Florida told us while grouper fishing since he threw the fish he caught back.

If that is so, to be honest though, I would probably just walk on by.

Throw rocks....Probably because I know absolutely nothing about fishing laws/regulations and the question baffled me. Also because I would be jealous they are on a boat catching tons of fish while I'm walking the shore probably not catching many. roflmao

Walk on by. I don't have time to worry about what other people are doing when I'm on fish.

Plus I'm not a Junior Game Warden.
