 Guide recommendations for teaching electronics

Hey guys, I'm looking for recommendations for a guide to get in my boat, and teach me how to use my electronics. I live in the Tyler area and can easily get to Twak, Fork, Palestine, etc.
Looking for lessons on identifying all different types, structure, deep water bass, sandies, hybrids, etc. I know how to fish, just not the best at reading graphs. I only get my boys on the weekends and I want to be able to take them out and put them on top of fish for what limited time I have with them. I have a Skeeter SX180 with a Humminbird 997 SI. Thanks,

Slade at Fork is about the best around. Ask in the bass section and you'll get his number. I used him about 2 years ago. Learned a lot

Andrew Will Kirkpatrick at Rayburn offers a school on electronics that is supposed to be the absolute best.

Elite Angler Academy in Huntington just south of Lufkin. Clark Rheem 479-970-3388. Teaches 1st part in classroom setting then out on Rayburn to see it on graph and do some fishing. Really builds your confidence in reading your sonar and structure scan.

Slade for sure! He waved his magic hand on my Helix 10 & 7 and all I can say is wow, plus he taught me a lot more than just the basics, he shows you how to use them.

I wonder how many of the folks on here that need electronics help have ever spent time reading the manual..?? I've had Lowrance, HB, and now Garmin...it aint that hard. About the same number that can drive up to a lake cold and find fish without coming on here and asking for help....
