If I remember correctly it came up 15 ft in September of '12, we were fishing the SIT at Amistad and got a phone call that the lake was on a big rise and we dumped our fish and hauled arse back to watch it. Then memorial day weekend of 14 it came up 12 ft so it can happen and one of these days it will be Ivies turn to make a big rise.

There's an admission fee to see them, gallon bag of catfish fillets would probably get you in the door! Lol

Ivie's only real issue is that it's on the edge of the damn desert. Same with Twin Buttes and OC, but both of those lakes have caught some good water in the last year, OC especially.

It really is only a matter of time. And it won't be long.

Any new reports of good rains in the area that are going to help? Did all the big storms skate around again?

Saw all the storms coming through Hubbard Creek and thought they may have come from the south.
