I'm sure there are multiple threads in here and I've looked at some, but I'd rather get an opinion instead. I just picked up my cutout from Powerfoam Insulation in Midlothian, Tx, and I have the basic setup for a water wagon. I've read several comments regarding what to coat it with such as roofers paint, and some other products. If anyone reads this please let me know what worked best for you, and more importantly, how did you attach or install the small piece of aluminum for carrying? Having a hard time deciphering how it goes in the foam without tearing it apart. Any information is greatly appreciated!

If the aluminum piece is the footbar, I have used stainless steel threaded rod tightened on large stiff plastic washers around 3/4" after drilling an squaring a pilot hole across the two tips.
