There's a map in the bank fishing section that shows some places on the river with easy access.

there's a boat ramp just west of downtown Dallas I think

always kinda was interested in dumping a creek boat with a jet drive in there and just heading up stream to see what there is to see

Just about anywhere you can access in Fort Worth is good.

I remember the days when you had to roll up the car windows to drive over the Trinity. The stench would make your eyes water. Fort Worth has done a good job cleaning it up in their area.

Used to see graffiti on the rest room wall: "Pls flush! Ft. Worth needs water. roflmao It's obvious this was in Dallas!

+1 plenty of good bass in the River just about anywhere you go in Fort Worth. Very underrated but is slowly gaining steam in the kayak crowd. I used to be one of the only ones out there fishing on any given day and that is slowly changing.
