Catfish are moving up to spawn on the rocks. Saw several clusters running back and forth over rocks in shallow, clear water...

8 ft Pro Angler Crappie rod, fishing minnows about 2 ft under a slip cork.... Fun stuff!

Hit the rocks for about 15 minutes, then saw the fire & rescue boats and decided to follow. Sadly, young man lost his life at the railroad bridge on Ray Hubbard..

My condolences to the family...

I was fishing off Miller Rd and witnessed the young man that lost his life jump, struggle and go under. Called 911 rescue but it was to late. Prayers for family who lost their loved one. Hanging heavy on my heart.
