the turnout was great the fishing was amazing the Host were pretty darn good too. if you want to hear about the 10.55 that was breath taking. it's the biggest fish I've ever taken to the scales on game day. the fish was caught on a series 5 strike king black splatter back in 10' of water. idle, idle, idle from 5'-30' of water. On Friday we managed to pull about 6 fish over 8 lbs with no overs and a few 14 and 17 inchers. I blew up my lower unit on Friday at 2 pm I opted to fish out of my friends boat on stairway and we caught more fish but once again unbleached to take em to the scales. I took the boat to the Mercury trailer Saturday, told them about my lower unit and they put a new one on right then. Sunday was slow fishing my partner caught 2 drinks early and a 22 incher and had another big slot pull off. I managed a 10 incher, a crappie I missed one fish and caught my giant. thank you to the men and women that keep our country safe, Jesus for answered prayers, family, friends, and everyone else's that has kept me on the water and learning more and more everday. and to the guides on fork that see me on the water for the courtesy when they leave me to fish the places I'm on and vice versa.
